Extra Covid Protections For Kid’s Events

Our ministry’s passion is to introduce kids to God with fun and laughter. In order to accomplish this today, there needs to be certain safety precautions that are taken to make sure that any event also includes a safe environment. With Covid 19, safety has taken on a new meaning and City Kids USA is taking you and your children’s safety seriously.

I want to share the four strategies that we use to protect your kids and any kids that attend our events.

An outside event is a great option and is easy to schedule in the fall and spring months. We were a little ahead of ourselves in retrospect since City Kids has a truck where the side lowers down and becomes a stage. We bring battery-powered speakers and even a mat for the kids to sit on the ground if chairs are not available.

We provide new face masks for any that need them at no cost to you or your church.

If the event is indoors, we arrive up to 2 hours early and set up portable air purifiers that are proven in FDA Certified Compliant Labs to kill Covid-19 on surfaces.

Finally, according to your specification, we arrange the seating to allow for social distancing. When bringing any Kids up on stage, I am sure to wear a face mask as well as provide one for the volunteer if I am going to be closer than six feet.
